The  Rotisserie
Tender prime cuts individually seasoned, grilled over an open flame and carved at your table
the way the Brazilians do with their Rodizio. Keep your peg on green, and we’ll keep carving.
Additionally, all the items on the Buffet are included so please helpyourself and get ready for the parade .


The Rotisserie is avaible every night for dinner and on Sundays for Lunch.

Additionally,  you may reserve a Lunch Rotisserie for ten or more guests with 24 hrs notice.
There are three options for the Rotisserie. Pick the one that matches your hunger.
