Order cancellation
If your order has been paid and you wish to modify or cancel it, please contact us at contact@chabucas.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Changes or cancellations will not be accepted after this timeframe.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or a reshipment under the following conditions:
- If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe of 30 business days, you can submit a request within 7 days after this period ends.
- If you receive an incorrect item or one that significantly differs from the description, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery, as indicated on the tracking page. A clear unboxing video will be required for verification.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address during checkout)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, pandemic, etc.)
- The tracking shows the package was delivered, but you claim you have not received it. To resolve this issue, please contact the delivery carrier or post office directly.
- You declined the package because you no longer want the product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
*To request a refund, email us at contact@chabucas.com. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
